1999 he managed IRW’s operations in Bangladesh as a Country Director. In 2001, following a devastating earthquake in El Salvador (Central America).

Regional Manager of IRW at their HQ in Birmingham to oversee the operations in West Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. In 2003, he was appointed the Head of Hu man Resources of IRW where he led the HR operations globally and provided guidance to teams in over 34 countries.
