Qena – Egypt: Workshop: The Policy of Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Code(PSEA), applied by ENSAN Aid Foundation in Egypt and West African countries to enhance the capacity of women and combat violence against women, this code comes to strengthen and hold accountable humanitarian work in ENSAN Aid in Egypt, as it was applied in ENSAN Aid in West Africa (in 13 countries ) . We aim to integrate the PSEA code in all sectors. This code is directed to ministries, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and financial service providers. Our approach is zero tolerance of violence and sexual exploitation of women through the zero-tolerance approach. We also aim to train and educate workers in all sectors and target entities.     Training youth on life skills and entrepreneurship within  youth community action project in cooperation with the Drosos Foundation. ENSAN Aid Foundation Egypt Office has concluded the ceremony of the valuable girl project . In cooperation with the Coptic Orphans (US organization ), the project aims at empowering girls from education  and also aims to develop themselves to reflect on their communities. In collaboration with the Faculty of Oldham in UK has been agreed to cooperate and to be involved to implement the SHARIK  program to enable youth to community  participation , Oldaham college  will works with us to development of the program’s evaluation criteria and open horizons of international cooperation, it is recalled that the SHARIK program is one of the international Program implemented by ENSAN Aid Foundation h in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon also will be performed in three other Arab countries

  In a supportive and stimulating visit to the activities and initiatives of Valuable Girls  project, Mr. Rafik Samy, Executive Director – Egypt Office, Coptic Orphans  (US organization ), Mrs. Salwa Youssef, Area Manager, visited project’s activities and initiatives and from ENSAN Aid Foundation ; Dr. Mahmoud El-Samman Board of Trustees, Board Member, Development and Population Advisor Dr. Ibrahim Desouky and Mrs. Rehab Al-Masri Chief Executive Officer – Project Manager Sabah and the team work ENSAN Aid. A field visit to one of the initiatives of girls, which is the development of the train station Ayyisha village Qus in the governorate of Qena (paints – umbrellas rest and lighting poles) Mr. Rafik listened to the girls and the challenges they faced in implementation. Mr. Rafik Sami praised the outstanding performance of the girls in the implementation of their initiatives and listened to all the other initiatives. On behalf of the Chairman and the Board of Trustees, we extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Rafik Sami and Mrs. Salwa Youssef for this wonderful visit that supports the project and girls’ initiatives.    

Cooperation agreement with ALAMAL NGO(Women NGO) through Micro Finance loans  based on vocational training . provide  funding about  50,000 thousand pounds, the equivalent of 6000$ to Empower women economically.  

  On February 17, 2019, ENSAN AID Held the closing ceremony of the biogas project, which aims to generate biogas energy from cattle manure and use manure as a manure used in agriculture The ceremony was held under the patronage of Abdul Hamid Al-Hagan, Governor of Qena and attended by representatives of civil society organizations and the public and private sectors. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Samman, Founder and Chairman of the Board, gave a presentation About ENSAN AID . Mrs, Rehab ELmasry the CEO provided brief bout the project and achievements and distribution of certificates to trainees  

  ENSAN Aid Egypt signed a cooperation agreement with the Dorsos Foundation (Swiss organization) on the project “Youth for community Action” the project aim to Enabling youth to participate in the community and in Entrepreneurship.The agreement was signed by Dr. Wessam El Beih, Country Director  and Mr . Richard Brogle,Chief Executive Officer  and from ENSAN AID foundation ; Dr, Mahmoud A.Elsaman the founder & Chairman and Prof,Ibrahim Aldosoky the Board Member .          

  Ensan Aid Foundation implemented a workshop for its affiliates on project management based on impact creation, and the workshop was carried out over a period of two days. The training was conducted by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Samman
