Dr. Mahmoud works in the field of planning and international cooperation, providing support in global relief and international development, which has resulted in meetings with some heads of state, numerous ministers, and international and governmental organizations worldwide, particularly in Africa and Asia, to promote the economic growth of these countries and other humanitarian areas.
Dr. Mahmoud participated in several diplomatic negotiations, including leading the humanitarian diplomatic negotiation team to negotiate with the government of Myanmar (formerly Burma) to deliver humanitarian aid and end the humanitarian crisis in Myanmar. He has also been involved in numerous humanitarian diplomatic negotiations in many conflict and war-torn countries around the world.
He chaired meetings with ministers from West Africa/Burkina Faso and advisors to the president to develop a development strategy that led to the establishment of the Human Aid Organization in West Africa, which Dr. Mahmoud led to provide support to more than 14 countries.
In addition, he has contributed to the development of many projects and programs in several countries and managed international grants. Dr. Mahmoud has also provided support, assistance, and training to many organizations and institutions in various countries. He has received numerous international awards and honors.

He holds a Doctoral degree in management from the University of P ost Brook, USA and Ain Shams University, Egypt, and also contributes to the development of many programs and economic development initiatives. Dr. Rashedy also works as a lecturer for several universities
