International Workshop: International Humanitarian Standards (IHS)

ENSAN Aid will hold a workshop from 6-10 February 2022 in Egypt – Qana Governorate Trainer : Dr,Mahmoud AL-Samman ,Commissioner for Refugees – a training expert and an expert on planning and international cooperation. For a United Global Humanitarian action Workshop themes Opening of the international Workshop ; Speech of His Excellency: Dr. Marie Oliver – President AHWA l Geneva . Speech: Mrs. Rehab Al-Masry – CEO – ENSAN Aid Egypt Speech of His Excellency: Kiendrebeogo Kasooum, Representative of West African Countries. Speech of His Excellency: Karamoko Bande, Representative of West African Countries and Head of the African Development Mediation.  Contents First: 1) Briefly describe the background, purpose and structure of the Core Humanitarian Standard. 2) Humanitarian work based on principles. 3) Strengthening the capabilities of international associations, organizations and relevant ministries to build programs and digital systems to combat terrorism and money laundering (About WCS and other global digital systems and the field experience of the workshop trainer around the world). 4) IFPM: Management of development projects based on the impact methodology. (We work through an international guide on that methodology, providing training and technical support to many international organizations, associations and ministries, this methodology has received many international recommendations). 5) Strengthening the capacity of international associations, organizations and stakeholders in humanitarian diplomatic negotiations based on humanitarian work standards to empower communities, especially those most affected by conflicts, wars, relief operations and disasters. Secondly: ENSAN AID Foundation is a model Explanation of the international codes developed and applied by ENSAN Aid in Egypt and African countries for more professional work. PMS Code: (International Program Management Standard – Quality Control and Accountability, using Humanitarian Standards). RDM code (principles of humanitarian relief – relief and disasters from preparedness to recovery – structuring of minimum standards … principles of protection). EP Code (institutional management based on the rules of international humanitarian conduct for a principled humanitarian action (. TOI Code: Transparency and Open Information Promotion Policy.   Workshop language: Arabic with French translation. Trainer: Dr.Mahmoud Al-Samman, Commissioner for Refugees – a training expert and an expert on planning and international cooperation. Training manuals are available in 3 languages: Arabic, English and French. ENSAN Aid wins the award for the best charitable performance in the Arab world

ENSAN  Aid Foundation won the award for the best charitable performance in the Arab world for the year 2019-2020, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Award in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in cooperation with the Arab League – the Arab Organization for Administrative Development This high-level award came after the League of Arab States and the Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Foundation monitored all activities, projects, programs and all administrative procedures and international standards followed, and accordingly, the Foundation was awarded that award, which we are very honored and considered a culmination of the achievements of the ENSAN  Aid Foundation for Egypt and West Africa since its inception until Now .

Civil Society action for Intercultural Cities and Learning

This program cooperation with Anna Lindh Foundation(The Anna Lindh Foundation is an international organization working from the Mediterranean to promote intercultural and civil society dialogue in the face of growing mistrust and polarisation.)With the support of the European Union. the aim of this program : stimulate give visibility and support exchange of good practices for cultural diversity management and dialogue promotion across the EuroMed region • celebrate the diversity of cultures in the Euro-Mediterranean region and highlight the common features and values they share. • support cultural literacy, increase awareness of diverse cultures and intercultural competences and behaviour • encourage the collaboration between local authorities and civil society in the implementation of intercultural policies • Support artistic production for social cohesion and intercultural interaction, combating stereotyping and intolerance • Foster the development of intercultural policies for the sustainable and cohesive development of a city. • Encourage the development of EuroMed collaborations and valorisation of EuroMed cultural diversity at the city level • Support the involvement of young people, women, migrants and refugees in the development of initiatives for the promotion of intercultural relations within the city

Recommendations of the Arab-African Forum for Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2021

Recommendations of the Arab-African Forum for Entrepreneurship and Innovation September 8-9, 2021 First: The forum is held annually to be held next year in the sisterly state of Jordan in the third week of November 2022 in Jordan to coincide with the celebrations of the Global Entrepreneurship Week.. The forum also recommended increasing the volume of participation from countries to be 15 Arab and African countries, with the addition of a European country. Second: Expanding the implementation of youth programs, and working hard in the international program “SHARIK for a better life.” o SHARIK program is implemented in several countries, which includes: training youth and building their capacities on life skills and entrepreneurship – working to spread entrepreneurship to be a societal culture – empowering young people through youth implementation of economic, entrepreneurship and social initiatives. With the expansion of the implementation of the program in some countries.  Also providing opportunities for the youth of the Arab and African world to exchange experiences through events, workshops and trainings. Third: Establishing a network for the voice of young men and women in the Arab and African world. Fourth: The Forum also recommended organizing the annual “ENSAN AID” award, to be allocated to entrepreneurs and successful youth initiatives, with an award dedicated to those who provide great services from institutions and associations that support youth and enable them to engage in entrepreneurship, economic projects and community initiatives.
