International Program: Building the capabilities of Ensan Aid employees in Egypt, West African countries, and our strategic partners. Number of countries participating in that period: Egypt + 14 countries in West Africa Program duration: 2020-2023, first stage Language of events: Arabic – French and English The program aims and seeks to build the capabilities of work crews in Egypt and West African countries by providing training packages, workshops, conferences, and forums in an unconventional way and keeping pace with global developments and events. This program comes in view of the complexities that the world is going through, which has been clearly reflected in organizations and civil society associations. To reflect the atypical interventions known in training that have been going on for more than 20 years, the same traditional interventions that do not yet take into account the changes and complexities on the global scene, and which closely monitors the needs of the organizations, associations and ministries concerned. This training was provided to many international organizations around the world) 3- Strategic planning based on impact. 4- Monitoring and evaluation. 5- Governance, transparency and open information policy 6- Managing the volunteer efforts of non-profit organizations 7- Resource management. 8- Strategic partnerships management 9-Advocacy 10 – Humanitarian diplomacy and its impact on humanitarian interventions and aid 11- Risk management 12- Protection from sexual exploitation and abuse policy code 13- International humanitarian action standards 14- Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Code – addressed to non-profit organizations, governmental organizations and bodies. 15- The training guide (SHARIK) on entrepreneurship and life skills (which is implemented and applied in several Arab countries and has received several international recommendations, including: the League of Arab States – Ball State University in America – a report from the American University in Cairo on the importance and impact of the guide on young people) 16-Entrepreneurship and innovation Within the framework of exchanging experiences and building capabilities: the Arab-African Forum for Entrepreneurship was launched, which at the beginning of 2021 included 9 Arab and African countries.
